New vacancy: Programmes Manager, East Africa

Power for the People (PFP) is seeking an experienced and values-driven Programmes Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of community-based programmes across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. This is key role in a small organisation: the postholder will ensure programmes are delivered safely and effectively, support and manage Local Project Coordinators, and ensure strong learning and accountability across projects. Based in Kenya, the postholder will hold day-to-day responsibility for programme delivery and team management, and closely with the CEO and Finance Manager on budgets, compliance and organisational systems.
